1. Launch a chat using the chat icon in the bottom right corner
  2. Support staff will instruct you on how to verify your identity
  3. Once verified, support staff will get you to verify the request with a video of yourself saying a randomly generated passphrase
  4. Support staff will check your video, verify your identity and passphrase, disable 2FA on your account and guide you through the process of setting it up again
  5. Once complete you'll receive an email confirming that 2FA has been reset
  6. Go to the login screen and log in with 2FA as usual
