Please have several things ready before requesting support.
- Access to your email
- Video call capabilities (phone or laptop)
1. Launch a chat using the chat icon in the bottom right corner
2. Support staff will instruct you on how to verify your identity
3. Once verified, support staff will get you to verify the request with a video of yourself saying a randomly generated passphrase.
4. Support staff will check your video, verify your identity and passphrase and reset 2FA on your account
5. You will receive an email with a link to set up your new 2FA
